We invites you to discover this new discipline with us.The Stand Up Paddle is used to move on water standing on a large board with a paddle in your hands.
Accessible and fun, come with us to discover the beautiful landscape with all your family.Very stable, the boards allow you to glide over the waters of the Boudigau.
We go to discover the Canal du Boudigau, small river that links between the Marais D’Orx and the port of Cap Breton.
From the nautical base of Labenne, during a half hour you will discover the flora and fauna of this natural space.
You will be taught by a qualified instructor, who will introduce you to the basic techniques to master balance, train with the paddle and changes of direction.
